sites and running reports, the Clarity Administrator allows for
a wide variety of administrative options and features such as:
- Classify users by region, group, division, department and title
- Modify user ID
- Student ability to print report cards (planned vs. completed training)
- Administrator ability to input classroom test scores
- Four administrator security levels for allowing access to varying degrees of customization
- Input personal information for each user such as e-mail address, social security #, etc.
- Reset checkmarks & bookmarks
- View user notes & evaluations
- Track "hands-on" training for each course with update capability
- Security reporting matrix allowing access to reporting by job title, group, region, department, site and division
- Clarity system manager allowing for easier networking maintenance
Additionally, you can set many course operating parameters such as:
- Set separate mastery levels for pre-test, post-test and self-checks
- Set certification period (months)
- Turn off/on course pre-test
- Turn off/on course post-test
- Give credit for pre-test and test out of course modules
- Testing collaboration
- Enable audited post-tests
- Enable audited course
- Require "hands-on" training for each course with update capability
- Disable navigation icons
- Lockout of submodules
- Force sequential access of modules and submodules
- Lockout of post-test until all modules are completed
